The scheme is open to all licensed premises located predominantly in the City Centre, Princes Avenue, Newland Avenue, Beverley Road, Anlaby Road and Holderness Road areas.

Please contact Hull Citysafe on 615022 and we will send an Application Pack to you in the post. Please note there is an Entry Fee of £30.00, cheques to be made payable to Hull City Council. All completed Entry Forms should be returned to the following address by Friday 4th May 2007;

Assessment visits will be conducted throughout May and June by our team of Qualified Assessors. Applicants who meet the required national standards will then be submitted to an Independent Judging Panel who will decide upon the finalists, category winners and overall winner.
